Great episode and great content!!! Man do I get where you’re coming from. There’s no guide for when we were playing as youth athletes and especially parenting youth athletes and decisions. When you play for a new team there is so much politics that go on. It’s so discouraging now that it is usually who you know or who you party with to get your child in favor on the team instead of merit.
